Feesch Clipart is basically just a bit of diskspace on the Feesch servers where you can copy image files to be used whenever you want. The amount of space allocated to each user is current 500Kb (about half a megabyte).

Once you have uploaded the files, you can then use the HTML Editor to place the images directly into any of your posts without needing to know any HTML.
